Pairio creates a digital twin
Pairio has created a virtual replica of each property on the platform, using equipment that measures with near millimeter accuracy. Our team has also conducted a survey of the property to capture the information you need for quoting. This includes details on wall types, plumbing and electrical systems, as well as locations of key equipment. It's easy to navigate and use so you can get back to doing what you do best and making money.

This information lands in our platform
Pairio holds information for property owners. When they have a project, they create a specification and put the model on the Project Hub. You can explore the hub to decide if it is the kind of work you want to do.

Place a bid
If you decide to place a bid on the project, you will need to pay the displayed fee. This fee means you won't need to pay fuel costs or add wear and tear on your vehicle. You also won't have to spend your evenings away from your family to quote on the project, and you're also helping to reduce traffic and pollution on the roads. We'd say that's a win-win. In most cases you'll have 7 days to submit a quote.

Sit back and relax
Once you've submitted your quote, the property owner will be able to review your quote. At this point, we will release their contact details so you can turn on the charm and answer any questions they may have.
