In addition to tracking costs, you can store all instruction manuals and warranties in a convenient digital location.
Every time work is completed, an updated model can be generated using a mobile phone to showcase the results of the improvements. This also enables us to confirm that tradespeople have completed the work to an appropriate standard and to confirm that they did the work (no more false reviews from friends and family).
When you move, the history remains with the property, allowing the new homeowner not only to review what has been done but also to reduce the need for intrusive work if issues arise.
